Specilaist Trainne adalah program pelatihan dan pendidikan bagi lulusan D4\/S1agar memiliki kompetensi bekerja di dalam KPN Plantation.<\/p>\n

PROGRAM KARIR :
\n1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT) – Pendidikan D4 Budidaya Perkebunan
\n2. Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) – Pendidikan D4 Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Perkebunan<\/p>\n

Kandidat yang memenuhi syarat dan dinyatakan lulus seleksi akan dididik selama 6 (enam) bulan (in class & on the job training) dan menjalankan ikatan dinas selama 2 (dua) tahun sejak lulus training.<\/p>\n

KUALIFIKASI :
\n1..Fresh graduate, min IPK 3.00
\n2.Bahasa Inggris, min pasif
\n3.Tinggi badan minimal 164 cm, tidak buta warna
\n4.Bersedia menjalankan ikatan dinas 2 tahun
\n5.Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area KPN Plantation<\/p>\n
